IT'S ALL IN THE DETAILS

HOW WE DO WHAT WE DO

SIMPLE.
ALWAYS.

Walking into a frame shop can be one of the most daunting experiences in the retail universe. Art in hand, you are confronted by thousands of frames, hundreds of mats, a dozen types of glass and more questions than answers. It is with this in mind that we deliver only a curated selection of the highest quality materials and guide you throughout the entire experience.

No more than 5 steps, we promise. Our goal? To make your decision process…well, simple.

GETTING YOUR
ART TO US

We know, it can be hard letting go of your art, which is why we do everything in our power to ensure it arrives to us safe and sound. The moment your order is complete you have the option to print out a FedEx label if you are satisfied with your art’s packaging or let us send you a sturdy flat mailer or mailing tube + return mailing label, free of charge.

We’ve invested in the best shipping materials because at the end of the day your art is our art.

HANDLED
WITH CARE

The moment your work reaches our facility you'll receive an email notifying you of its arrival with an image confirming the condition and orientation. The second we open the package every detail is inspected and your piece is measured to ensure the perfect fit for your custom frame.

We’ve scoured the country in order to find the finest team and best materials needed to assemble the perfect frame. We work with some of the most storied suppliers around to ensure us the highest quality frame mouldings, plexiglass and matboard that are as beautiful as they are built to last.

only
the best

Our Craftsmen: With a combined 100+ years in the framing business, rest assured that only the best makers are working on your project.

Our Frames: With over 22 styles and counting, all of our frames are made from woods like maple, walnut and oak.

Why plexiglass (and not glass)? Plexi offers more UV protection and is both lighter and less breakable.

Our Mats: The perfect shade of white is hard to find so our designers carefully select the exact shade to complement your piece.

SERVICES AND
PRICING

Our services: At the end of the day we employ the same skills as your neighborhood frame shop, but without the overhead of a physical location. We assess each piece of art individually, and offer a wide variety of custom framing services including: custom matting, floating, dry mounting, shadowboxing, scarf and textile framing and canvas stretching.

How we price: We will frame up to 40"x60" and our pricing starts at $65 for up to an 8"x10" frame. 2-way shipping is included both ways. Custom frame prices will vary based on your art size, frame and mat style. Build a Frame to see how much your framing project will cost.

FINISHING
TOUCHES

Once your frame is complete, it is carefully inspected and approved and hand-signed by its maker. Frames are completed with hanging hardware attached and clear bumpers at the bottom. Every frame is gift-wrapped in kraft paper and finished with hanging instructions. The nails or screws necessary are provided to hang your art.

Finally your piece will be packaged in a custom made box and returned to you via FedEx Ground.

Pro tip: To create the perfect gallery wall, re-use the Kraft wrapping paper to create a paper template of your frame, cut the paper accordingly and use painter’s tape to visualize the perfect placement on your wall.
