Gabriela Gargano has a flair for creating beautiful spaces. As the founder of her interior design company, Grisoro Studio, Gaby specializes in blending modern minimalism with rich textures and bold art pieces. Her work is now recognized throughout New York for its clean lines and seamless incorporation of vintage furnishings.
When it came to renovating her own triplex penthouse condominium, Gaby knew just how to balance style with sensibility. With a little one on the way, Gaby also had to make sure the apartment was childproofed—without compromising the beauty of the space.
The result was a home with plenty of open areas for play, and curves favored over sharp corners. Natural fibers such as wood and wool were used to create a sense of warmth and earthiness. Beyond the glass doors and oversized windows, the wood terrace offers serenity, while the muted palette instills a sense of peaceful sophistication throughout the entire home.
And the finishing touch: some perfectly chosen custom frames, of course.
