What is Simply Framed Listings and how does it work?

Simply Framed Listings is an all-in-one solution that allows artists to sell their art online. You can create a storefront where collectors can order prints and frames directly from Simply Framed’s site. With no monthly fees and easy customization options, you maintain full control over your art’s presentation and pricing.

How do I get started with Simply Framed Listings and Storefronts?

To start, create and sign in to your Simply Framed account. Once logged in, click on “Listings” in the upper right-hand corner to begin setting up your store. Follow our step-by-step guide to create your first listing, customize your store, and upload your logo.

What types of artwork can I sell using Simply Framed Listings?

You can sell both digital prints and physical artworks. For physical pieces, choose the “Mail-In” service. For digital prints, select “Print Only” or “Print & Frame” to provide a complete service to your customers.

How do I customize my Listings and frame options?

Your Listings are built in our Frame Designer allowing you customize your products from our full catalog by selecting from various frame mouldings, print papers, mat boards, and mounting methods. This ensures your artwork is presented exactly as you want.

What are the costs associated with using Simply Framed Listings?

There are no monthly fees or minimums. You only pay a flat 3.9% payment processing fee on your art price and markup to cover the transactional costs. You set your prices and profit margins, maintaining full control over your earnings.

How do I determine and adjust pricing for my artwork?

You can set your artwork's price and frame margin when creating a listing. We recommend at least a 10% margin to cover your overhead costs. You can adjust your pricing anytime by logging into your account and editing the specific listing.

How do I promote my listings and storefront to attract buyers?

After creating your first Listing, you will automatically have access to our 7-part series with marketing tips to grow you sales and audience. All artists can apply to be featured on our Marketplace. You can also share your store link or individual product links on your website, social media platforms, email newsletters, or even via text. Simply Framed makes it easy to add a “Buy this Framed” button to your existing online shop for seamless integration.

How do I track the sales of my listings?

All sales are visible on our account under “Sales” on the top right-hand side of the screen. Ensure you’re signed up for our Listings Marketing emails to be the first to learn bout new features, including sales performance tracking and advanced analytics.

What shipping options are available for customers who purchase my artwork?

Simply Framed offers flat-rare shipping options to meet your customers’ needs based on the size of the final print or frame. Shipping options and prices can be found here.

How do I receive payments for my sales?

Link your PayPal account to your Simply Framed account to receive payments. Earnings are issued within the first week of each month, making it easy to keep track of your income.

Can I use Simply Framed Listings alongside my existing online shop?

Yes, you can integrate Simply Framed Listings with your current online shop by adding a “Buy this Framed” button. This button will direct customers to purchase framed artwork through our platform, seamlessly blending with your existing setup.
