Checkout

    • When you’re ready to place your order, click “add to cart” in the frame Designer, to enter order, shipping, and payment information. We’ve added features such as editing the frame qty within the cart to make for a quick checkout. 
  • Cart Pages and Tools

    1. Enter shipping address(es)
    2. Enter discount code
    3. Tools:
      1. Edit, duplicate, or delete a line item. 
      2. Edit product QTY. 
  2. Shipping
    1. Select your shipping method
    2. Tools:
      1. Edit shipping address by clicking on the address under “Ships to”
      2. Estimated ships by* date
      3. Cost breakdown and total
      4. Add a gift note
      5. *Mail-In only, enter a separate shipping address for your flat mailer or tube
  3. Payment
    1. Enter billing address and payment information
    2. Complete order (Tada!)
    3. Tools:
      1. Enter gift card

  • The Mail-In art pre-cart page provides additional information for our art openers as well as provides you the option to insure your shipment

Turnaround Times

  • Print & Frame
    • Orders will ship after 3-12 business days
  • Frame Only
    • Orders will ship after 3-12 business days
  • Print Only
    • Orders will ship after 2-4 business days
  • Mail-In
  1. Mail-In Method: Email me a label arrives via email in 1 hour. Tubes or Mailers will ship in 1 to 2 business days
  2. Check-In: Art will be checked in within 1 to 2 business days of arrival at our shop. A confirmation email is sent once the art is checked in.  If we have any questions about the art we will reach out for clarification before starting production. 
  3. Production: Orders will ship in 6-12 business days after entering production. Production does not begin until the artwork has been checked-in, see below.
  • Simply Framed Black Label
    • Orders will ship after 4 to 6 weeks

    • Use of Simply Framed Digital Assets

      • If you would like to use one of our product or lifestyle images on your site, please email hello@simplyframed.com indicating which images from our catalog you would like to use.
      • We’ll share links to download the images directly
      • Email us once the images can be previewed with a line crediting Simply Framed, details below.
      • Unless reviewed by Simply Framed and approved in writing before they are publicly accessible, images found on simplyframed.com or in any Simply Framed materials cannot be used by any entity other than Simply Framed for any purpose.
