Recap: UNICEF's NextGen Art Party

L.A.'s crazy good weather and art scene keep it on the top of our travel list, so we were thrilled when our friend Chelsea Neman, co-founder of Tappan Collective, invited us to be the on-site framer at UNICEF's Next Generation Art Party, held on February 18th at 800 Main in Venice Beach.

The event, chaired by Gabé Hirschowitz, featured over one hundred works in a variety of mediums by emerging and established artists from across the country, each for sale from $100 to benefit UNICEF's Next Generation Tap Project, an initiative whose goal is to help provide safe, clean drinking water to children across the globe. We were delighted to participate in bringing awareness to such a great cause, and excited to see the work of some of Simply Framed's clients Thomas Hammer and Gray Malin (among other outstanding artists!) for sale at the event.

For those who purchased unframed works during the course of the evening, we were on-site to provide custom framing consultations and accept orders for those looking for high-quality, affordable framing. We're excited to deliver their framed works to them in a few short weeks, and look forward to sharing the final products with you here and on Instagram!
