What framing services does Simply Framed offer for businesses and large-scale projects?

We offer 4 different service options to meet all of your printing and framing needs. 

  • Print & Frame: You'll upload a digital file and customize your frame. We'll print and custom-frame your file.
  • Frame Only: You'll measure your art and customize your frame. We'll build and ship your frame ready for the art to be inserted and displayed.
  • Mail-In: You'll customize your frame and mail us your art. Once received, we'll custom frame and ship your piece back to you ready to hang!
  • Print Only: You'll upload your file and we’ll print and ship it without a frame. Perfect for refreshing existing Simply Framed frames. 

What is the largest size frame Simply Framed can produce?

We custom frame between 8x8 and 42x72". Looking for larger? Email us at hello@simplyframed.com for a custom oversized quote. 

What materials does Simply Framed use for frames?

All wooden frames are made from 100% solid wood. We offer a wide range of archival papers and mat types, as well as various acrylics and handing hardware options. Explore our full catalog of options and build your perfect frame in our designer.

What is the typical process from inquiry to completion of a framing project with Simply Framed?

  1. Complete the Inquiry Form: Start by filling out our inquiry form on our website. This form gathers essential information about your company, the nature of your project, design preferences, and specific requirements.
  2. Initial Contact: Once we receive your inquiry, our team will reach out within 1-2 business days. During this initial conversation, we'll discuss next steps, provide frame profiles, offer a base quote, and give an estimated timeline for your project.
  3. Samples and Approval: To ensure that you are completely satisfied with the materials and aesthetics, we can coordinate the delivery of sample prints or frame corners. This step helps you visualize the final product and confirm the quality and style before moving forward.
  4. Order Placement and Production: After finalizing the quote and receiving approval, the order is officially placed. Our standard turnaround time for production is 6-12 business days for smaller projects (less than 50 frames) and 3-4 weeks for larger orders.
  5. Packaging and Shipping: Our team meticulously coordinates the packaging to ensure that your frames are protected and arranged for a seamless unpackaging experience. We utilize robust packaging solutions tailored to the size of each frame for the superior safety in transit.
  6. Delivery: Domestic shipping typically takes 2-5 days via FedEx Ground, with express shipping options available upon request. We ensure that each package is tracked and arrives on time.

What budget should I expect for a framing project with Simply Framed?

The cost of framing varies significantly based on factors like size, materials, and the specific services needed. We offer competitive pricing, exclusive bulk order discounts, and can accommodate a wide range of budgets while maintaining high-quality standards. During our initial consultation, we will discuss your project's details and explore options that meet your aesthetic and financial requirements. What happens if a framed piece is damaged during shipment?

If a frame is damaged in transit, our team will issue a replacement. Please be sure to email hello@simplyframed.com within 14 days of the delivery date with your order number. Please include photos of the items below, all three are required to file a claim with our carrier, and to qualify the order as eligible for a replacement.

What is Simply Framed's return policy on custom frames?

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges. All orders are custom-made to order and sales are final. We always recommend ordering samples to ensure you love the look and feel of your frame before placing a bulk order. 

How can artwork be updated or changed in frames provided by Simply Framed?

Order a frame with removable backing and hinge mounting and you’ll be able to easily swap and replace the artwork in your frame overtime ensuring longevity and reducing waste. We keep your framing and printing specs on file to easily reorder new prints!
