Open Orders

  • Now that you have the Shopify app Integration successfully set up, orders will now populate in the app (as seen below).
  • To view open orders, click  “View Orders” or the Orders tab on the navigation bar.
  • Now you can approve one or multiple orders for checkout by clicking the selection boxes on the right-hand side and then approve fulfillment.
  • Once you’ve clicked approve fulfillment you’ll see a summary of each order for checkout.
  • To proceed with placing the order on simplyframed.com, click Proceed to Payment. 
  • Please note, this cart can only be accessed from the Simply Framed Print & Frame app.

Checkout Process

  • Once you’ve been redirected to your cart on simplyframed.com, you’ll follow the standard checkout process. Please note, the shipping name and address will be pre-filled for each line item in your cart. This information will be pulled from your Shopify store automatically.
  • You’ll then proceed to the shipping section of checkout.  You can read more about our shipping options, here. If you would like upload your own packing slips and labels, please email hello@simplyframed.com to request this feature.
  • Once you input your billing address and payment information, the transaction is complete. You will receive an individual email confirmation per shipping address.

Insurance

  • If you select Mail-In as the service, you will have an option to enter the declared value of your order at checkout. 

  • By using the app, you are opting to insure each Print Only or Print & Frame order for the standard amount, $100.00. If you wish to increase this amount, please email trade@simplyframed.com with the order number.

Mail-In Materials (Mail-In Orders Only)

  • If you are ordering Mail-In and are requesting shipping materials (flat mailer or tube), make sure to enter the address that you would like the materials shipped to. Please note, this can be different from the final shipping destination.

Turnaround Times

  • Mail-In Orders
    • Tubes and mailers are shipping within 1 to 2 business days of placing your order.
    • Return labels will be sent via email within 1 hour of placing your order.
    • Art will be checked in at our shop within 1 to 2 business days* of arrival.
    • Once your art is checked in, your frame will ship after 6 to 12 days of production for our Core Collection and 4 to 6 weeks of production for our Black Label Collection.
  • Print & Frame and Frame Only
    • Placed into production within 1 business day of being placed.
    • The production process lasts 3-12 business days (Core Collection) and 4-6 weeks (Black Label Collection)
  • Print Only
    • Placed into production within 1 business day of being placed.
    • The production process lasts 2-4 business days.*
  • Fulfillment Notifications
    • Once your order has shipped you will receive an email from Simply Framed with tracking. This tracking number will be automatically forwarded to your client using your shipping notification template in Shopify. 

Checking the App

  • You will need to check the app periodically to ensure orders are placed into production promptly. We recommend checking the app every two days depending on your daily order volume and turnaround expectations shared with your customers.
